Ingredients for Cod in Skillet-
- 1 1/2 lbs cod * fresh or frozen
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter sliced
Seasoning-
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ¾ tsp paprika
- Few lemon slices
- Herbs parsley or cilantro
Instructions
How to build Buttered Cod in Skillet-
- Stir along ingredients for seasoning during a little bowl.
- Cut cod into smaller items, if desired. Season all sides of the cod with the seasoning.
- Heat a pair of Tbsp butter during a wide cooking pan over medium-high heat. Once butter melts, add cod to cooking pan. Cook a pair of minutes.
- flip heat right down to medium. flip cod over, prime with remaining butter and cook another 3-4 minutes. Butter can utterly soften and fish can cook through. Don’t cook, it'll become mushy and utterly crumble.
- Drizzle cod with contemporary juice. prime with contemporary herbs, if desired. Serve right away.
